Any paradigmatic social shifts are accompanied with changes in the law. The trend towards sustainable development a sense replaces globalization, turning today into solo agenda. law should not develop post-factum logic, but work ahead of curve, especially if we want to achieve country leadership. Sustainable law, being superstructure over society that is rebuilt spirit development, becomes supernova concept, an interdisciplinary, supra-sectoral regulatory array undermines foundations legal architecture and taxonomy. reducible environmental, climate, international law; it incorporates principles individual institutions civil, investment, financial, banking, labor, corporate, private other branches. It compound complex requires formation new multi-recognition core. role lawyers normalize ongoing processes build up-to-date taking account state public strategic interests.
